Reports involving imminent safety risks, suspected fraud, exposed sensitive information, or potentially unlawful content will be prioritised according to the risk and any mandatory statutory deadline.
A report may require additional information or verification. Submitting a report does not automatically establish that the reported content is unlawful.

- Seek a response from the relevant host or content submitter.
- Restrict visibility while investigating.

- Reject a complaint where evidence is insufficient or the report is outside the policy's scope.
- Preserve relevant records or refer the matter to competent authorities where legally required or permitted.
MyTripzs will not promise a particular outcome before reviewing the relevant facts.
6. Intellectual Property Complaints
A copyright or other intellectual property complaint should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the complainant's rights or authority, and contact details.
MyTripzs may request additional evidence and will follow the procedures required by applicable law. Content may be restricted or removed where justified.
Knowingly submitting materially false claims may result in appropriate action where permitted by law.
7. Legal Notices and Statutory Requests
Notices from courts, government authorities, or other legally authorised bodies will be assessed and processed under the applicable legal framework.
MyTripzs will follow mandatory deadlines, directions, and preservation requirements where applicable. The general response targets used for ordinary customer complaints do not replace statutory deadlines.
8. Appeals and Reconsideration
Where appropriate and legally permitted, an affected content submitter may request reconsideration by explaining why the decision should be reviewed and providing relevant evidence.
MyTripzs may maintain or reverse a decision after reassessment. This process does not restrict any statutory right to appeal or seek relief before a competent authority.
9. Records and Confidentiality
MyTripzs may retain complaint details, evidence, moderation decisions, and related communications for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes, subject to applicable privacy and retention requirements.
We will limit access to complaint information to authorised personnel and relevant parties where necessary.
